Hi there!

I'm excited to get this podcast going and to share the human rights stories and issues that I work on in Honduras.

Honduras has been my home for over a decade. I'm a human rights activist, researcher, and coordinate the work of the Honduras Solidarity Network (HSN) from the capital city, Tegucigalpa.

On a daily basis, I'm visiting communities around the country, researching, and speaking to Hondurans from all walks of life. On this podcast, I'll be sharing all of these experiences and more.

If you have ideas and suggestions for episodes, please get in touch. I'd love to hear from you!
